Cancellations
More than 14 days before check-in: Full refund minus any transaction fees.
7–14 days before check-in: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Less than 7 days before check-in: No refund will be issued.
No-shows or early departures: No refund will be given.
Modifications
You may request to change your booking dates up to 7 days prior to your original check-in date, subject to availability.
Date changes made less than 7 days before check-in are not guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.
Weather-Related Changes
In the rare event of extreme weather or natural disruptions, we may offer a rescheduling option or a partial refund, depending on the situation.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
Transaction or service provider fees (if any) are non-refundable.
